The upcoming 2020 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing will take place in conjunction with True Father’s 100th Birthday Celebration on Friday, February 7, 2020 at the KINTEX Exhibition Center in Goyang, Korea. The Cosmic Blessing is an opportunity for us to respond to True Parents’ vision to share our Heavenly Parent’s love, life, and lineage with America and the world through the Marriage Blessing.
Matched couples and married couples are invited to receive the Marriage Blessing directly from our True Mother in Korea at KINTEX on Friday, February 7, as well as at various locations in the United States on the evening of Thursday, February 6. Communities throughout the USA are encouraged to host a Blessing Ceremony on February 6 in conjunction with the main event in Korea.

Online Application
All couples planning to attend the Cosmic Blessing must complete the Online Application prior to Sunday, January 12, 2020. More detailed information about participating in Korea or the USA is below.
Start Smart: Level 3 Blessing Workshop
Multiple Level 3 Blessing Workshops will be held on the Subregional level in the months of December and January for all matched couples who intend to participate in the 2020 Cosmic Blessing. The content is designed to support couples in preparation for married life and the Marriage Blessing and includes content on the value of the Blessing and practical guidance on relationships, communication, male-female differences, and building intimacy. Please sign up to be notified of upcoming Level 3 workshops at bfm.familyfed.org/blessing2020.
We strongly encourage all matched couples to receive the Level 3 Blessing education in person at a Subregional workshop in order to experience the full impact of the educational content. However, for those who cannot participate in the workshop in their Subregion, there is an option to receive the education via an online course. Click here for details.
The Korea Blessing Experience
A fun and memorable program will be prepared for couples and their families from the USA, including the Cosmic Blessing Ceremony, sightseeing in Korea, marriage education, and activities for couples and families from February 5 to February 9. The Korea Blessing Experience will be an event worth the travel for anyone who attends, especially for matched couples who will have the opportunity to begin their Blessed marriage in an unforgettable way! In addition, expenses for transportation within Korea, meals, accommodation, and activities will be covered by the Blessing Offering for participating couples.
The 2020 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing will be officiated by True Parents at the KINTEX Exhibition Center in Goyang, Korea on Friday, February 7, 2020. True Mother is looking forward to welcoming many couples from around the world to Korea for the celebration. Participants and their families should plan to arrive in Korea on Wednesday, February 5 and depart Korea on Sunday, February 9. Additional information, including an FAQ, can be found here.

Korea Travel Grant
We are excited to announce that we will be offering the Korea Travel Grant this year for the 2020 Cosmic Blessing! To support couples that will travel to Korea, the Blessing & Family Ministry is offering the opportunity for individuals residing in the USA and Canada to apply for a Travel Grant of $500 per individual towards their travel expenses. With this Travel Grant, the expenses of attending the Cosmic Blessing in Korea will be significantly reduced to a similar cost of attending in the USA. Click here for more info.

The USA Blessing Experience
The main Cosmic Blessing in Korea will be broadcast live at locations throughout the USA on the evening of Thursday, February 6. Local communities throughout the nation are encouraged to prepare beautiful Blessing Ceremonies for the couples in your area.

Cheon Il Guk Registration Blessing
The 2020 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing will also be an opportunity to participate in the Cheon Il Guk Registration Blessing.
What is the CIG Registration Blessing?
“With the proclamation of Foundation Day on January 13, 2013, Heavenly Parent’s nation of Cheon Il Guk was established. All Blessed Families who received the Blessing before this day participated again in this Blessing Ceremony to symbolize being registered as Cheon Il Guk citizens. After that, until the year 2017, the Cosmic Blessing Ceremony and the Registration Blessing were held at the same time. True Father’s Centenary and the 60th Anniversary of True Parents’ ‘Cheonju’ Holy Wedding are deeply significant events and on this occasion, True Parents are once again bestowing the grace of Cheon Il Guk Registration Blessing. Therefore, all single matched members and married couples who received the Blessing after the 2017 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony will be able to register as Cheon Il Guk citizens through the upcoming 2020 Cosmic Blessing.
The CIG Registration Blessing can be received in Korea and the USA.
There will also be a CheonBo Registration Blessing. More info on this is forthcoming.
