BCSF 2018 Registration is Open!

Greetings Western Community,
We are happy to announce that registration for BCSF is now open! The festival will be from Aug 8th - Aug 12th and will likely be the last year the festival is hosted on UTS grounds. If you are interested in captaining please fill out a "Local Registration Form" so I know what you are interested in (Main Sports: Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Frisbee). There is also a possibility of a Fortnite tournament, if you interested please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements!
The group I am coordinating is the western region, which includes:
Nevada, California, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Arizona, Oregon
If you know of anyone that may be interested in attending Sports Fest, please do not hesitate to reach out to them. Assembling teams will be done locally via volunteer captains. Food must be purchased beforehand.
We recommend fundraising locally. Raised funds can be used to sponsor someone in need of financial support, or subsidizing the costs of food or travel.

Admission includes:
- Access as a spectator to all sporting events
- Access to all evening programs
- Ability to participate in all intramural sports
General Admission includes all four full days of BCSF and should be used by those arriving on either August 9 or August 10. Registration deadlines below:
- $65 if registering before 11:59pm, June 30
- $80 if registering after midnight, July 1
Online registration closes at 11:59 PM on August 7 and re-opens at the door
Part-Time Admission should be used for those registering for 3 days or less (Sunday does not count - it's free!)
- $20.00 per day if registering between June 7 and June 30
- $23.00 per day if registering between July 1 and July 26
- $26.00 per day if registering between July 27 and August 7
- $30.00 per day if registering at the door
Tent space costs $20 for the whole 4 days or $15/day to stay in the dorms. You may also find somewhere off UTS campus if you wish.

T-Shirt Designing :
We are also looking for feedback on whether to have a regional t-shirt or per team. Which would you prefer. Please send in responses by Monday June 18th. If you are interested in designing a t-shirt(s), please contact myself directly.
