A selfless and devoted Senegalese/Filipino couple built their own private school and now gives basic education plus character education to 240 preschool through middle school students in Dakar, Senegal. Shimmy Cotter, under her stage name Sicily Jordan, has released an album of three original songs written together with her dad Joshua Cotter and a cover of Jefferson Airplane's song, "White Rabbit".
