Dear Family,
We hope all is well with you and your family. Thank you again for all you do to support Heavenly Parent and True Parents' providence.
Next week, on September 4, at 10am in Korea, we will commemorate the 8th Anniversary of True Father's Holy Ascension. These are special times in the world, and as COVID-19 is still rampant and is rising again in Korea, there will be one main commemoration event virtually.
American families will have the opportunity to participate in this historic event via live broadcast on Thursday, September 3, at 9pm Eastern/ 6pm Pacific. Specific broadcast information will follow. Select locations and families will join as interactive live streaming participants as part of the ceremony, with an offering table and flower offerings.
As this is a special time and we are not able to gather in person as usual, it is a great opportunity to revive our tradition of celebrating our Holy Days as families with an offering table to Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Therefore, we would like to encourage all families to participate by preparing a simple offering table in your homes while watching the live broadcast.
This is also the time to make our financial offering to True Parents and honor True Father's legacy. Let us continue another precious tradition by making an offering of love and gratitude in memory of our dear True Father. The suggested donation is $210 per family, and $120 for individuals.
