Dear Family,
Thank you all for your consistent efforts to further the providence of Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Next month, we will celebrate two important Holy Days in our community. True Parents’ Birthday will take place on Sunday, February 6, and the 9th Anniversary of Foundation Day will be on Sunday, February 13. Due to the persistence of COVID-19, we expect the celebrations to be mostly virtual. As always, we will update you with information about any broadcast as it becomes available. We also encourage you to observe True Parents’ Birthday locally or at your homes. Please consider any local guidelines before planning public gatherings.
As a reminder, following True Mother’s announcement on May 8, 2020, True Heavenly Parent’s Day is now celebrated with True Parents’ Day on the occasion of True Parents’ Holy Wedding Anniversary on 3.16 of the Heavenly Calendar, which is on April 16, 2022.
This is also our opportunity to offer our birthday gift to True Parents. We invite you to make your Holy Day Offering today. As per the international memo, a donation of $210 per family and $120 per individual is recommended. As always, your offering of any amount is appreciated and gratefully accepted. You may give through your local church or online. On the foundation of True Parents’ Birthday, True Mother will also host a “Summit for Peace on the Korean Peninsula and for the Realization of a Heavenly Unified Korea”. This is part of True Parents’ efforts to realize Heavenly Parent’s dream for a Heavenly Unified Korea. To support the initiatives for a Unified Korea, such as Think Tank 2022, the Prayer Rallies for Peace on the Korean Peninsula, and the upcoming Summit for Peace, we have all been invited to contribute to a special international fund. You can make your contribution to the ‘Unification Fund for a Heavenly Unified Korea’ at this link, and read more in the international memo. Donations to this fund will be accepted until February 13, 2022.
