Every week, we will be sending a section of the “Our Path” curriculum (which is basically Il-Shim content) for the students to read, and a few short answer questions that they will need to complete. Answers are due by 10 p.m. every Saturday and that will enter their name into a drawing which we will hold every Sunday.

The prize will be a $20 gift certificate to a food place which we will decide on and announce later.

As you may know, the time period in which we can apply for the CheonBo Won has been extended to September, on the occasion of True Father’s Ascension anniversary…Below is a list of next steps in your application process.

We are almost half way through 2018, and great things are happening everywhere. This weekend, we will hold a special Hyo Jeong concert to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Hyo Jin Nim’s Seonghwa. This is a special opportunity for us to inherit the filial heart and join in an eclectic cultural experience celebrating the performing arts with music and dance that connect us in one heart with Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

Facing the current worldwide challenge, we would like to remind you that you are invited to join the national prayer call every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Los Angeles time.

We will Not open the church for the Sunday Service on March 15 due to Corona virus social situations. Instead there is online Sunday Service by live stream from NY at 8 am Los Angeles time.

Our beloved brother Charles Connelly, a 6,000-couple Blessed family (1982), has passed away last night, March 2 at 10:27 pm at the USC Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was 65 years old. Prayer vigil is ongoing daily @9pm at Connelly home until March 13. Seonghwa Ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 14 @10 am at O’Connor Mortuary on Laguna Hills, followed by Wonjeong (buriel) at El Toro Memorial Park @1 pm.

We Were There Storytelling Group continues to host meetings at the local Los Angeles Family church, receiving and recording amazing stories of members since their decision to join True Parents’ movement, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification.

We sincerely congratulate the newly Blessed couples who participated in the Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing 2020 officiated by the True Parents, held in Korea and via live stream all around the world!
