Hi! My name is Colleen and my roommate Brittany and I have a bedroom available to rent in our 3-bedroom 2-bath house in the heart of Sherman Oaks. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops on Ventura Blvd. The house is spacious and has a POOL in the backyard! We are both Christians in our early 30s and have stable jobs. The rent is $1225 for your own room and shared bathroom. Large closets, back yard, washer and dryer and a pool in the backyard! The room will be available on January 15th.
