The next event created by the young people of LA will be the 7th HJ conference titled, “Pathway to Peace: Ending the 73-year Divide.” Please join us on April 29th at 5 pm PDT and support the end of the divided homeland of our True Parents.
The reunification of the divided Korean Peninsula has been a long-sought goal, spearheaded by True Parents. Nobody thought Communism in the Soviet Union would collapse except Father Moon. He predicted that it would not last more than 73 years. In 1991, Communism indeed fell in the Soviet Union after 73 years, just as Father predicted. This year marks the 73rd year since the North Korean government has been established.
As we witness more and more of True Mother's determination to reunify the Korean Peninsula this year, we would like to offer this event to her with all of the Los Angeles community! We will have special speakers, Dr. Kim (Founder of DMZ Forum) and Dr. Eleana Kim (Professor at UCI). If you ever wonder why the reunification of the Korean Peninsula is so significant even for people in America or if you ever wonder how this will be made possible, this event will offer the answer for you!
