Saturday, February 17- Bonelli Regional Park Trail
Hello you are invited for hiking and a picnic at Bonelli Regional Park/Puddingstone Reservoir in San Dimas. 120 E Via Verde Dr, San Dimas, CA 91773
Very pretty area, hilly with lots of trails & a beautiful lake. It also has kayaking/paddleboarding, fishing, rentable paddle boats etc. Please carpool if you can.
We will meet: at 9am marked on the map near bathroom #8
Parking: $12 Parking (there is a free lot outside the park 105 Via Verde Dr Rd, San Dimas)
Please bring: Water, Hat, Sunblock & Lunch (We will eat by the lake at Olene's Cove!)
Trail: 3-4 miles with 340 ft elevation gain (some steep parts!)
*If you feel adventurous, bring a bike! There's a great 6 mile trail around the perimeter of the lake- it's fun/challenging and has beautiful views. For biking- bring a helmet, water. Make sure the bike is in good shape, especially the brakes. As always, please be careful!
