Launching “Empower” LAFC Summer Leadership Training

Dear LA Family,
You are invited to join our LA Family Summer Leadership Training: EMPOWER.
This will be a 2 month program. Each week will be focused on a unique leadership theme that will be engaged personally and with group accountability (for most you will be grouped by ministry). Month 1 is focused on Leadership Foundations, and Month 2 is Inheritance and Impact.
Our hope is for each of you to feel highly empowered, equipped, and unified as leaders in your fields of ministry and life.
We will gather almost every Saturday in-person at 10 AM for roughly three hours.
Additionally, at the end of Month 2, we will be hosting Masterclasses where you will have a chance to learn from and inherit from experts in various fields! We are super excited to share this opportunity with you all!
Tentatively these are the weekly themes:
July 5 – Essence of Leadership - Exploring the heart and qualities of a true leader
July 12 – Intuition & Calling - Becoming aware of the inner voice and guide. Reflecting on your spiritual gifts and your unique calling from God
July 19 – Finding Your Strength - Identifying your core strengths and blind spots. Building your leadership profile
July 26 – Sharpening the Sword - Refining your practical leadership skills (communication, planning, decision-making, etc.)
August 2 - Making Others Greater - Developing your capacity to care for and guide others
August 9 – Rest & Reset (No gathering this week) Take a week to reflect, pray, and recharge before diving into the Masterclass intensives
August 15–17 – Masterclass: Tools for the Harvest (Part 1) Attend an expert-led session focusing on a unique area of leadership. Choose your track and engage deeply
August 22–24 – Masterclass: Tools for the Harvest (Part 2) Attend another expert-led session
August 30 – Launch Day - Conclusion of the leadership training. Stepping boldly into a season of harvest
Registration is $50. This covers the cost of hosting each Saturday session, receiving your own CliftonStrengths Book & Test, and a free access to 2 Masterclasses.
