Overall purpose of the night is to give time to celebrate and praise God. Too many of us get caught up in our day-to-day schedules and as things build-up, we often put working on our relationship with God to the side. Nov. 11 will be a night where we remind God that we have not forgotten him. It will be a night of showing our deepest gratitude to him for all he has done for us throughout history and for all the pain he has had to endure so that we could have a chance of experiencing true love and true happiness. The hope is that everyone there will want to put more of an effort to include God in their everyday life. That being said, the ultimate purpose of the night is to show praise and gratitude to God.
