This year Southern California Parents Day Association will hold it's 2021 National Parents Of The Year Award ceremony on Saturday July 24, 2021 . The ceremony will take place at Pasadena City Hall " Rotunda " 100 North Garfield Ave., Pasadena, CA ------ 9:30 AM- 11:00 AM followed with : complimentary luncheon, music and swimming party for youngsters.

The Crisis in the Holy Land: A Call for Dialogue, Prayer and an End to the Violence

As we observe the recent eruption of conflict and violence in the Holy Land, our hearts are deeply saddened. The Universal Peace Federation, through its Middle East Peace Initiative, inaugurated in 2003, has worked continuously to promote dialogue and cooperation among stakeholders in the Holy Land, especially among religious leaders of the Abrahamic faiths. Violence and the loss of life will yield no lasting solution.

On the victory in the 8th year of Cheon Il Guk, True Parents have decided to hold the second CheonBo Registration Ceremony for CheonBo couples this year, on October 10, 2021.

We are excited to work together with our North American HTM to participate in this year’s CheonBo Registration Ceremony. The main requirements haven’t changed and our team is ready to support you on your journey to become a CheonBo couple. However, there are some new updates to keep in mind.

The Spanish DP Seminar is held weekly on Saturdays at 3 pm Pacific Time. Please invite your Spanish-speaking ministers. It is a guest-friendly DP study.

The Latino Ministry is hosting zoom meetings on Mondays at 7:30 pm Pacific Time. It is open to all members who are outreaching Spanish-speaking ministers. The meeting is on zoom, given in English.

place on Wednesday, February 17, and the 8th Anniversary of Foundation Day will be on

Wednesday, February 24. Due to the ongoing concerns of COVID-19, True Mother decided to

hold one celebration for both Holy Days on February 24. This celebration will be mostly virtual,

and we expect the broadcast to take place on February 23 in the USA. As always, we will update

Our beloved elder brother, Dr. Edwin Ang, ascended peacefully to the spirit world on January 21, 2021, at 1:21 pm, due to Covid-19 and heart-related complications.

Dr. Ang is one of our most elder brothers here in America, having joined our Unification Family in 1962. Dr. Ang has always been considered the rock in our American movement, thanks to an unwavering conviction of the truth of the Divine Principle, Heavenly Parent, and our True Parents. Edwin and Marie were Blessed in 1969 as one of the first 13 couples to be Blessed in America, as part of the 43 Couple’s Blessing.

We are living in challenging times. We cannot deny what is taking place before our eyes. With growing dismay, we have watched the polarization and conflict in this country grow. The pandemic and the contentious elections only augmented this process. But with the events leading up to and those taking place on January 6 at our nation’s capital, it becomes evident that we mustn’t stand on the sidelines.
