Our brother, Hildebrand Llanto (known as Hil) suffered a stroke on Monday, October 23. He was taken to ICU at Huntington Hospital. After a day, he is in a regular hospital room where visitors are allowed. He is recovering with the medical treatment and the help of an occupational therapist. Let us pray for his quick recovery. Hil is the sole breadwinner of the family, and it is our earnest desire to support the family in their immediate needs.

Dear Pastors, Community Leaders, and Blessed Families, thank you for all your investment and efforts leading up to the successful celebration of the 5th Anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa and the Cosmic Blessing Ceremony. We deeply appreciate your participation and support. We had a very successful conference in Korea with ACLC pastors, who were moved and inspired by True Mother. 

UTS is going global with a new online, distance learning program. For the Fall semester, Dr. Tyler Hendricks is teaching Unification Apologetics in Practical Contexts and Dr. Andrew Wilson is teaching Divine Principle in Depth. Since these graduate-courses are being taught by the premier Unification scholars in the world, the content of these two courses is very current and advanced.

Members who participated the 5th Anniversary of True Father's Seonghwa and Cosmic Blessing Ceremony directly or via love broadcast are encouraged to send in their reflections. Reflections can be shared on the FFFWPU website.

Dear Brothers and Sisters — As you know, we are in the midst of a National 40-Day Condition to prepare for the 5th Anniversary of True Father's Seonghwa, which will take place on September 7. This year, the commemorative events will include the Seonghwa Anniversary Celebration, the Cosmic Blessing Ceremony officiated by True Parents, the HyoJeong Culture Festival and the International Leaders Assembly. 

Tropical Storm Harvey has flooded large swaths of southeastern Texas, destroyed thousands of homes and businesses, and left over 300,000 people–including members of the Unificationist community–without power and with a lack of resources. Even after the hurricane has been downgraded to a tropical storm, heavy rainfall is expected to persist, furthering the damages that have been inflicted.
